This policy explains what information AmplifAI Me collects when you visit amplifaime.ai and our related sites, contact us or use our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Who we are

AmplifAI Me ("we," "us," "our") is an AI and web agency based in Lehi, Utah. This policy covers amplifaime.ai, its subdomains (including university.amplifaime.ai, studio.amplifaime.ai and webdev.amplifaime.ai) and netarichie.com.

Information you give us

• Contact and quote forms: your name, business name, email, phone number, website and the details you type in your message.
• Booking a call: the details you enter in our scheduling calendar.
• Calls, texts and emails: the content of your messages and, for calls handled by our AI receptionist, a recording or transcript of the call.
• Purchases: billing details are entered directly with our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full card number.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our sites we and our partners collect device and usage information such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, time on page, the site that referred you and, when you arrive from an ad, the campaign and click identifiers in the link (for example UTM parameters, gclid or fbclid). We store those campaign details in your browser so we can tell which ad brought you to us if you contact us later.

We use cookies, pixels and similar technologies from these partners:

• Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our sites.
• Google Ads to measure ad performance and show our ads to people who visited our sites.
• Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to measure ad performance and show our ads to people who visited our sites.

These partners may combine this information with other data they hold about you under their own privacy policies.

How we use information

• Reply to your inquiry, send quotes and schedule calls.
• Provide, support and bill for the services you buy.
• Send follow-up messages about your request, and marketing messages where you agreed to receive them.
• Measure and improve our website, advertising and services.
• Prevent fraud and spam, and meet legal obligations.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number and agree to receive texts, we may send messages about your inquiry, appointments and our services. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our CRM and scheduling platform (GoHighLevel), hosting (Cloudflare), payments (Stripe), email and phone providers, the analytics and advertising partners listed above, and AI providers that power our agents. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

Your choices

• Opt out of marketing emails with the unsubscribe link, and texts by replying STOP.
• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
• Opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
• Manage Meta ad preferences in your Facebook ad preferences.
• Opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies at optout.aboutads.info.
• Ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing info@amplifaime.ai. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we will not discriminate against you for using them.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed to serve you, run the business and meet legal requirements, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

Our sites and services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
